Xpeak supports three modes of operation. The virtual matrix mode enables the elements of the system to form a network of peer-to-peer devices with ethernet virtualization. The 4-channel Party Line mode determines which channels are to be used for communications by each User panel. In addition, the Xpeak panels can work with other AEQ Intercom Systems: with Conexia and Crossnet matrixes or EasyNet Party Line.

Desktop User Panel

Xpeak_D desktop user panels are the perfect choice in desktop environments. Its 8 4 way levers acting as 16 virtual keys facilitating their use, with functionalities of Talk-Listen and Volume.

The signalling of functionalities through displays speeds up the handling of the equipment. The LEDs arranged on the levers show the communication groups in a simple and clear way.

With USB and Bluetooth connectivity for headsets, this latter also allows you to make and receive calls from a smartphone.

The Xpeak_D panels have a double Ethernet connector for star connection to a switch, or if required, to daisy-chain the user panels.

Xpeak_BP

Wired Beltpack

Xpeak_BP is the new generation of wired belt-pack for Xpeak global distributed intercom system. The Xpeak_BP belt-packs have 4 cross-point keys on two pages and are PoE powered. Just as the rack-mounted and desktop panels, they have a Bluetooth and USB connection, compatible with a wide variety of Headset combinations.

Like the rest of the panels, Xpeak_BP can be integrated into existing large intercom systems that work as user panels or terminals for the AEQ Conexia or Crossnet matrix systems.

The Xpeak_R rack-mounted user panels will communicate with its peers as well as with the rest of the panels and interfaces of the Xpeak family. It doesn’t matter whether they are in the same local network or at different locations with internet or a virtual network access. The wireless intercom belt-packs with WiFi technology, Xplorer, have a working mode compatible with Xpeak. They have 4 cross-point keys on two pages (8 virtual keys) and have rechargeable batteries with autonomy of 20 hours.

The Xpeak_IF interface provides bidirectional interconnectivity with the Xpeak system to 4 external audio sources in analogue, digital USB, or AoIP Dante/AES67 formats.

A perfect complement to work with camera or PA systems, RF intercoms, Audio mixing consoles and other. It also adds 4 GPIs and 4 GPOs to the system.

Xpeak_Virtual user panels are PC applications for Windows. Ideal for users that need to stay coordinated while working intensively with a PC on which the application is integrated. Xpeak devices auto-detect themselves when connected to a switch or the Internet, no configuration is required, they are ready to use.

Configures and Monitors

Usually each workstation needs to be labelled and configured according to its role. With the Xpeak Control Software, and its intuitive interface, all user panels are accessed and their keys and communication flows are customised.

In addition, the software allows the devices to be operated as if it were physically in front of them, enabling the monitoring and control of all coordination through this platform.

  • Ethernet connection: internal switch with two external network ports. Different uses: daisy chain, separation between Dante audio and encoded audio + Control.
