AEQ is exhibiting at IBC 2026, the international broadcasting and technology trade show taking place September 11-14 at RAI Amsterdam. At booth 8.C55, the company is showcasing CAPITOL IP PLUS, the compact digital console for radio and television.

CAPITOL IP PLUS: High performance in an ultra-compact design
CAPITOL IP PLUS is AEQ’s compact digital console designed for radio and television broadcasting, offering a practical and versatile solution specifically engineered for live control that adapts to a variety of workflows and operational environments.
Built on an ergonomic 10-fader surface with an integrated touchscreen, the console features advanced audio processing with a 4-band parametric equalizer, filters, and dynamics. It features up to 32 summing buses for program, auxiliary, monitoring, and clean feeds, while its local IP connectivity and Dante/AES67 capabilities position it as a modern and scalable solution.
Additionally, CAPITOL IP PLUS offers the Virtual Capitol option for remote operation from a PC, Bluetooth connectivity for communications management, and all the features required for broadcast operations: on-air signaling, cough suppressor, fader start, talkback, and automation of external equipment.
Its fixed-configuration M_CORE PLUS engine provides a reliable and flexible infrastructure, with different expansion options to adapt the system to specific installation requirements. These include redundant power supply, dual digital telephone hybrid functionality, and a 32-channel Dante IP expansion, making CAPITOL IP PLUS suitable for both standalone studios and more integrated broadcast environments.
The console also simplifies day-to-day operation through a range of monitoring and control functions, including independent control and studio monitoring, configurable VU meters, multiple headphone outputs, CUE monitoring, remote PFL, N-1 outputs, and programmable control of external AEQ equipment. Combined with its compact footprint and comprehensive connectivity, CAPITOL IP PLUS delivers the power of a professional broadcast console in a streamlined format, providing broadcasters with an efficient solution that can evolve alongside their production needs.
